Jennings Transmissions warrants to the original purchaser that the parts and/or unit sold by Jennings Transmissions will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the entire warranty from the date of purchase and will be limited to repair or replacement. This warranty will not apply if any part has been damaged or is defective as the result of an accident, misuse, improper installation, negligence, repair, or alteration. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Jennings Transmissions be liable for the incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to any labor cost. Our rollback service are available Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm but we do not cover any towing charges from other sources. Most towing charges can be recovered through vehicle owner’s Towing & Labor coverage.
